Our offers can be tailored to the size, pace and requirements of each group, depending on the format and the style of event desired: board meetings, workshops or conferences. Several fully modular and equipped rooms are available for your use. Take advantage of the enchanting setting during lunch.
Includes refreshments, coffee break and lunch (starter, main course, dessert). Each menu is served with a vintage wine from the estate’s Grand Cru Classé collection.

The serenity and magic of the place highlights the food and wine pairings. The harmonious unity of the Bathed in light and opening onto century-old vines, the reception room offers an exceptional setting for seated lunches and dinners. Each event is orchestrated with the same high standards as our most exclusive dining experiences and guests will be charmed by the attention to detail and the harmony of the surroundings.
Welcome and visit of the estate. Champagne cocktail aperitif. Seated dinner in the Cellarium reception hall.
Menu: starter, main course, selection of French cheese, dessert with coffee and tea.
Accompanied by three wines: a vintage Haut-Bailly•II, the estate’s second wine, and two vintages of Grand Cru Classé Château Haut-Bailly.
Cocktails
20 to 160 people
In the Cellarium reception room or its vinothèque, cocktails are held in an atmosphere that is at once elegant and relaxed, with the art of hospitality expressed with the precision and discretion characteristic of Haut-Bailly. On warmer days, cocktails are happily extended into the Château gardens, close to the old vines.
Welcome and tour of the estate. Cocktail lunch or dinner.
Menus: 20 cocktail pieces per guest.
